great stay but minor room issues

The separate lounge with kitchen area was very convenient for our family. Each of us loved the beds. The comfort was really good! The staff were really nice.

The initial placement of toiletries was lacking, which could easily be improved.

Liked that the hotel was fantastic and had very helpful staff who reached super hero status after finding my slide advancer clicker that I left behind and dropping it off after his shift ended. The room was brand-new, well-appointed and with a pull out sofa. The pool was very clean and I had soft drinks in the Irish bar. The location was amazing and absolutely perfect, not very far from a crescent-shaped skyscraper. You could walk to a shopping mall and a market.

The staff was willing to help, well-appointed and absolutely fabulous hotel!

my room included a couch and a whirlpool. separate bathroom was bright. the location was unbeatable and amazing - near the bow river, a location perfect for walking, running or people watching and the fine establishment located close by and surrounding areas. it also was close enough to walk to many of the popular restaurants.

The location is fantastic. I loved the spacious rooms and friendly staff. Amenities like the pool and hot tub were enjoyable and relaxing.

I felt the restaurant offered average cuisine.

Great staff and spacious rooms. The clean and modern decor was refreshing. Loved the proximity to excellent dining options and Prince's Island Park for evening strolls. A few maintenance upgrades in the pool area would elevate the experience further.

Had a blast staying with friends! We explored the beautiful mountains and visited the local parks nearby. The staff was super friendly, especially the front desk team and our floor inspector. They really cared about us and were really nice too help. Highly recommend checking out their dining options as the service was great.

The location in the eau Claire District is wonderful. Everything is very luxurious and comfortable.. We also liked the attached pub. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

The internet was not included. I haven't seen that in a hotel for a long time. And the swimming pool is so flat that it's not suitable for swimming.

Nice room with king size beds.

The sheraton was perfect for families! We loved the bigger pool and the hot tub. The restaurant offered a delicious a la carte menu, a great choice for us. The location was also close to the folkfest!

The suites are tastefully furnished and everything is very clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel is very beautifully situated and we got everywhere on foot.
